April 4th 2010:
Easter weekend, so there wasn't much that got done on the project. Spent time with the family and went out to dinner.
April 11th 2010:
Got the remaining sole plates and top plates cut this weekend and have them layed out on the floor to show where the walls will
be going. Had to take back the previous shower that I bought because it would have been too big and not enough room between it
and the toilet. Got another neo angle shower that is a little smaller that will have enough space.
April 18th 2010:
Aoife had a cheerleading competition in Hershey this weekend, so no work was done in the basement. The competition was all day
on Saturday and we spent Sunday at Hershey Park. Got Aoife to start enjoying roller coasters, we even got her to enjoy the steel
coasters that went upside down...and one that went backwards that she wanted to go on again!
April 21st 2010:
Well since I didn't get anything done last weekend due to the cheerleading competition, I worked tonight and secured the sole
plates to the floor. Hopefully I will get the top plates mounted this weekend and maybe get studs put up for the walls.
April 24th 2010:
Well, I did get the top plates mounted for the bathroom this weekend as well as several studs put up for the walls. I'd like to get a good bit more of the studs put up sometime this week, but I don't know if the schedule will permit that.
